Hi,

My friend had registered in a job consulting firm 2 months back. While registering they had given verbal promises that they will refund amount paid during registration if they can't get any interviews within a month.

Now they haven't got any interviews and if asked for refund, they are saying market is not good, etc and will refund later, etc. Just they are trying to get out of the situation and not to give any money back.

Please suggest what can be done to get the refund. My friend had lost the job and in urgent need of money.
