Cheating,Harassment and Misleading of Facts by Club Mahindra I have taken membership of club mahindra in name of my wife Bharti from their branch at Pacific Mall opp Anad Vihar ISBT on 13 March 2009 and issued a check of 50000/ to them on account of membership. But same day after returning home we gone through the brochures we come to know some terms and conditions are not explained to us properly regarding availbility of resorts based on White, blue and Red members which the basic for this holiday resort package. So same time we called the rep of Club Mahindra Rajesh sagar and advise him to return our check and cancel our registeration as all the terms and conditions are not explained to us which is very misleading and too much hidden agenda in this.
He has Promised to return in the morning but instead of returning he has made DD from our bank in the morning at 10.00 AM before we can go for any stop payment , we asked him why he has done like this he was making all sort of excuses saying my Job will go please don't complaint and I will ensure that your money will be refunded withing week time. Since then I am following with them finally after two months they told us that You have to contact our Bhikaji Cama Place Office for refund.
We have visited their Mahindra Tower Bhikaji Cama Office met their cordinator Neeru and Manager Ms Shikha Vohra after four five visits they have given us in writting on letter head that we will refund your money by 15th July as write now they do not have sufficient funds.But after 15th July also they have not refunded our money but now they are saying that they will not able to Pay it before October.
This is a great cheating,harrassment and misleading of facts by Club Mahindra which talk about Corporate governance and all the business ethics ...

Dear Sir,
Pls. send a notice to the Co. to refund the amount within 15 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you and send it through registered post. In case of no help or no response you can file a case against the Co. in Consumer Forum.Regards,

club mahindra pacific mall fraud had booked an club mahindra offer on 29th June,09 in Pacific mall offerd by a club mahindra executive Mr. Rakesh Kumar in which he offered the following things:
1. 1 week holiday trip
2. Rs. 5,000 food voucher
3. 32" LCD Sony Bravia TV
We had made the payment of Rs. 25,426/- on that day itself.
And another payment of Rs. 11,374/- has been made on 29th August which is reflected on your system on 15 september.
There was no information conveyed to me of Red or White season which is now what is told by some of your executives.he told us that after paying downpayment of rs 25426 and two instalment of rs 5687 you will get special offer wchich includes:
1. 1 week holiday trip
2. Rs. 5,000 food voucher
3. 32" LCD Sony Bravia TV
It is not necessary to continue your membership its up to us, but you will definately get the above things.
I am really disappointed with the servcies provided. Any calls made to the executive Mr. rakesh Kumar is not answered. If in case somebody picks the call, they tell that they'll revert back in 1 -2 days.you have done booking for goa for only four days pls cancel it and complete all your commitments.
pls complete your commitments or else cancel my membership and refund back my money asap.

club mahindra - getting customer by misrepresented and hiding the facts 17.03.2010
Dear Sir/Madam
I am a member of Club mahindra. My membership no. is 1444996. I took this membership in february 2009. I want to cancell my membership now.
But now I am feeling cheated by club mahindra.
While selling this membership, the club mahindra executive’s misrepresented the facts and hides some facts to sell the membership.
They told us (me and my wife) that I won a lucky draw . the fact is they never conducted any lucky draw. They call all the persons who fill up their coupens.
Secondly, they misrepresented us that the offer was available for only that day and we had to choose at that particular time.
Thirdly they told us about ASF, but never told that this charge will be increased every year.
Forthly, they told us that only some families have been chosen by their centre for availing this offer.( Centre is situated at metro walk, rohini, new delhi).This is again a lie.
They never told us that 60 percent of the cost of the membership is towards the admission fee that is not refundable.
This is clear case misrepresentation and hiding of facts.
I have paid Rs. 58000/- and now they are telling that if you cancel your membership, I can get nothing as my balance will be negative after deducting admission fee.
They never told me how they calculate the admission fee. If one person have not paid the full amount of membership, how can they calculate admission fee on full amount?
I want to tell you some facts about my membership. I have taken blue studio. I have paid Rs. 58000/- (approx) till now. I have never availed any facility from club mahindra.
I mailed to club mahindra on 10th march 2009 to feedback@clubmahindra.com to cancel the membership and to refund my money.
After one day I received a call from club mahindra that I can cancel my membership but I can not get any amount of refund.
I further mailed to them but I received a call that I can sell the membership to any other person but if I opt to cancel I will never get anything from club mahindra.
I am very surprised and confused for which I am paying so much when I am not interested in their membership at all. I have not taken any facility from them then why I cannot get my amount back.
The way the club mahindra get its client is highly objectionable. As per the contract act also, if an agreement is done by misrepresentation, it is voidable at the option of the party who has been misrepresented.
The agreement entered into by me and club mahindra is the outcome of misrepresentation of facts and fraudulent activity ( referring lucky draw, whereas there is no lucky draw etc.) of their marketing personnel. Thus it is not valid in law itself.
Please help me to get out of this agreement and getting my money back from club mahindra.

Club Mahindra Membership: A Dubious Trap I have taken a club mahindra (CM) membership in my wife Monika Mohini's name ( Membership Id: 776789 ) in July 2008. Apart from the first gift Holiday they offered, I have holidayed in their 2 more resorts. I have no complains with the quality and service of the resorts. But securing reservations/bookings during the last 3 occasions were quite an exercise for me. Their treatment with the 'privileged' members ( since the members pay in advance) seeking reservations/bookings are quite painstaking. Based on my experiences with the reservation/booking process and the huge shortcomings and deficiencies in the services they offer, I have opted to get out of the membership. I have thoroughly documented all the communications that I have had with them while arguing and pleading against the deficiencies and their unprofessional ways of servicing. In short I have following allegations to make to substantiate my move :
1. The number of rooms available with them for the members is far less than required for the number of members they have enrolled.
2. This results in long waiting time for the members, who have paid in advance. They sometimes insist on the members to plan their Holidays 4-6 months ( ridiculous !!) in advance in order to secure booking in resorts. This clearly shows they are short on rooms. I have a calculation, I can proof they are hugely deficient by rooms and somehow managing the show by fooling the members by showcasing the upcoming resorts. It clearly establishes that they are aware of the fact that they are short on rooms as compared to the membership size.
3. A member, who has paid in advance is trapped and is bound to wait at the mercy of CM, though it takes away all the air out of their holidaying mood and available time slot. Moreover, they allocate more and more rooms in any resort for non-members( this is strange !!), which is a fresh source of revenue for them. In a resort at any point of time, when there is 'No-room' for a member, there would be rooms available for non-members. As far as I understand the priority should be given to ones who have paid in advance, irrespective of member or non-member. Its a clear example of taking members for granted, taking them for a ride, cheating them,fleecing them, exploiting them, just because they have paid in advance and they are trapped.
4. The support staff they have ( mostly, I have interacted with member relationship team) are utterly unprofessional and are a big pain in the neck since you get interact with them every time you need a booking.The seem to lack coordination among different teams and last but not the least, if at all you suffer because of their services,they take you for granted. Because of their mistake my EMI got discontinued for several months without any notice to me and when I tried to get a booking , they suddenly emerged out of no where with a huge dues, which was a surprise to me. For spoiling my financial planning and holidays they are not even sorry, not even ready to compensate.
Based on the above shortcomings/deficiencies and several more I have asked for the withdrawal of my membership with refund of the money I have paid till now. They have a clause in the membership agreement which they are using as a blanket shield, which says at no point of time the membership can be called off or members can ask for any kind of refund. But for serious shortcomings in the services and their fraudulent scheme of things, I have decided to sue them in the court of law/Consumer court. I have given enough opportunities to them to mend themselves and compensate for the kind of harassment I have had, surprisingly they accept their mistakes but are not ready to budge.
Please guide me for lodging a case against them. I am a Gurgaon resident. I want a compensation for the kind harassment I have had in last 2 years apart from the money that I have already paid for their shoddy services.

refund of memebrship money as soon as we became member of club mahindra we stopped getting service from them. the sales manager stopped taking calls from us. without explaning the products features and rules club mahindra people are refusing to pay our money due to us. right from the time we have become members we are experiencing various service issues which are already put on record with concerned people. The following are service issues.
1. Sales person was in hurry to finish our call and did not explain product well
2. After receiving cheque from us sales manager stopped taking our calls as she was busy
3. some other manager called us only to tell that she is busy in her own marriage
4. Gift vouchers or any other incentives are given to us only after we asked for.
5. Complimentary stay vouchers which we got cannot be used as the dates not avialable. After arguing we got the dates whcih were not convenient to us
8. The hotel was not upto the club mahindra it was not even 2 star graded hotel.
9. The dinner vouchers which were given were of small stall in a mall and not hotel as such
10. The names of our family and friends given for reference purpose were not called at all
11. When we actually wanted to avail hotel stay the dates were not available. We were told that we have to book six month in advance.
12. After we stopped making payments only then they realised and gave us call
13. This stage we were told that money cannot be refunded it can be done only during 10 days of clereance of first cheque.
14. How can we know services of Clubmahindra unless we actually use it
15. Mahindra group is a big group and it does not need such small and petty rules and regulations .
16 We took memebrship only on the name of MAHINDRA GROUP
17 We feel cheated as our money is been blocked for more than 4 months.
18. After complaning we get call after 48 hours and person is not aware of our issues.
19 We need our money back.

I just happened to google the club mahindra fraud and landed here. I have exactly the same issues as Vinay and the others. This is such a racket. I have been calling ad infinitum for cancellation, everytime a new person makes a call, who has no clue about anything. The sales person who sold me the membership disappeared after taking my cheque. There is no one to whom complains can be given. They will ask for every thing in writing, get papers signed, but will not give any response in writing. Executive who man the phones are unprofessional and rude.
I have around 1,25,000 +8,000/ stuck with them and they refuse to talk about. All they say is sorry, we are unable to assist you in your request. When i ask for cancellation, they offer down gradation....and then they disappear. Please let me know in getting a refund of my money.
Extremely unprofessional and rude company. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CLUB MAHINDRA. It is not worth your hard earned money.

Cancellation of Membership and refund of amount I am Rohit Kumar Verma from delhi. I have taken club mahindra membership in december 2010 at Club mahindra lucknow branch. After all my efforts and fights to cancel my membership with club mahindra team finally i have concluded that the company is total FRAUD. Please read my mail which i did to club mahindra's FEEDBACK mail ID and to other higher authorities after misleaded and cheated by the representative of club mahindra even when i requested the cancellation on the next day of joining the membership to the representative, but no action till now and that FRAUD representative is still roaming freely and working and continuing to cheat others.

This is in regards with my membership with Club mahindra holidays. I just want to state that i am really very upset with the kind of response of Mr Puneet Shukas as a representative of Club mahindra. The issue is for misguiding and misleading the members like me who really trust this kind of big brand name. To be more precise, i would like to tell you that i have have requested Mr Puneet shukla for proceeding for the cacellation of my membership 7 months back due to some family crisis. After continuous follow up with him, he just keep on asking me to hold a little for there are some delays in cancellation proceedures. He always keep on telling me a money refund date. The first date given by him was 15 january for refund of the amount and then he kept increasing the date after every 15 days. I am really very sorry that i have trusted this man (representative of Club mahindra, Lucknow branch) and not contacting directly Club mahindra and didnt tried to recongnise the fraudy behaviour of the fellow. Later i came to know that he had never applied for my membership cancellation. Also i have mailed him about this things to try to take the refund of my amount as soon as possible as he told me that i should not do this mails directly to club mahindra otherwise it will leads more complicacies with the refund. I feel so much cheated as now after calling him he only says that this is my responsibilty to cancell my membership. This is a kind of limit to which i have reached, having frustrations for this simple proceedure of membership cancellation which i know is not a big problem for club mahindra also, if some client are in need. I soulely request you to please take necessary actions against this guy and please try to refund my amount deposited till date after cancellation of my membership account and please stop my EMI deduction from today.
I had informed Mr punnet shukla for cancellation of my account on 18th of December. In have never used any of the membership features or benifits or any holiday packages also. Followed by this i'll aslo send the mail i sent to Mr Shukla. I can send the details of all the calls i did to Mr shukla if required. I am
trying to get the Call voice details for help if needed by you to show us the exact commitment and wordings of Mr. shukla every time says to me.
This is a kind request to club mahindra also to please keep close watch on such representatives who mislead clients resulting into a mess both for the company and for the customers and please take my problem seriously as i am facing a lot of financial troubles . After this all i am in big mental trauma.
I have give in total around Rs 25000/- at joining of membership and 1 EMI of 6777/-. and still every month a request comes in my bank account for ECS clearance. I have requested for membership cancellation at least a 200 times calling everyday to the represtative that gave presentation to me and was playing major role at joining and requested for cancellation at feedback also. I have talked to Mr shashank shrivastav on 20 june 2011 in club mahindra, lucknow branch after being informed by a call from club mahindra that only he can help me for the issue and mr shashank assured me also for good results but nothing good happened. I have never used any facilities of either the memebership or club mahindra and I am struggling for last 1 year to get my money back and I am fed up of living in fear on every 7th of month that if I forget to move my all money from the bank account Club mahindra will deduct more money which can’t be refunded.
I solely request to please help to cancel my account and get my refund and set right these king of fraud companies or the culprit people working there.
