    Unhappy ICICI Bank Froud

    Dear Sir / Ma'm

    I am a ICICI Bank account holder. A/C no. is 004601039867 NFC New Delhi Branch since 6 years.

    My mom was hospitalized on dated 04-04-2009 21:07. So I make a transection from Bank Of Maharashtra's ATM Yamuna Vihar Branch by Rs 5000. I received a massage from ICICI Bank for successfull transection. But after few minutes another massage recieved for once more transection 04-04-2009 21:22 (after 15 minutes). I have immediataly checked my Debit card in my pocket. That was in my pocket.
    Next day I complaint for the same at costomer care and mail also. After so many calls and mail they were agreed and realized that was a technical error. After all I have recieved my money back 15-05-2009 (after 40 days). I was happy.
    But its sadfull that again (11-07-2009) my Rs 5000 have been deducted from my account. I complaint again for the same. They requested to me to wait for 8 working days. After 12 days I received a mail that I can not get my money back due to successfull transection.
    How it is possible. I got my money once only and balance was deduct two times. I have all the communication mail regarding this.
    Please help me. I really need my money back. and dont know how can get my money back.
