i have book a document having rakhi in it for Ms poom tiwari (CEO),ashok bhawan,panden tolla, rewa, mp-486006, ph-9425898051 ,through "on dot" courier under the docut no. 307429255 dated- 30-07-2009 from their ashok vihar,central market branch but till date 07-08-2009,it was not delivered to the destination.on complaining about this they had not giving proper reply & not even they were able to trace my document.
can you take some action againt them so that next time they will not do with others
