First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer and Appellate Authority from the Website of the Vodafone Telecom.
You can also contact the nodal officer and submitt your documents with him to reactivate the connection.
