    I HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE CONNECTION FROM VODAFONE FEW DAYS BACK
    I HAD SUBMITTED COPY OF PASSPORT AS MY IDETENTIFICATION AND ADDRESS PROOF.
    MY CELLPHONE WAS ACTIVATED IMMEDIATELY .BUT MY PHONE CONNECTION WAS DEACTIVATED AFTER TWO DAYS . WHEN I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD THAT MY
    DOCUMENTS FOR IDENTIFICATION WAS NOT PROPER . WHEN I ASKED THEM REGARDING
    DETAILS OF PROBLEM THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER.
    WHENEVER I PURCHASE A CONNECTION THEY DONT HAVE ANY SYSTEM TO PROVIDE
    A RECIPT COPY (e.g SIGNING AND STAMPING THE COPY DOCUMENTS AND MARK RECIEVED
    HENCE ONE SET OF COPY THEY WILL TAKE AND ONE COPY WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO ME
    DULY STAMPED & SIGNED AND RECIEVED)
    THIS WILL ENABLE BE TO HAVE PROOF THAT WHAT DOCUMENTS I HAD PROVIDED
    AS NOW THE VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE IS DENIYING MY DOCUMENTS.
    THEY TOLD ME THAT THE DOCUMENTS I HAD PROVIDED WILL BE SENT BACK.
    AFTER 5 DAYS I NEITHER RECIEVED DOCUMENTS NOR MY PHONE WAS CONNECTED
    I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN COMMUNICATING .
    PLEASE GUIDE ME MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION.

    Dear Mr. Karthikeyan,

    First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer and Appellate Authority from the Website of the Vodafone Telecom.

    You can also contact the nodal officer and submitt your documents with him to reactivate the connection.
