I had ordered for Rakhi Special Hyderabad Pearl Set. The offer was a Raksha Bandhan special offer and the delivery was promised before Raksha Bandhan (5 August). The payment was made thru credit card which was credited within 2 days of the order (27 July). However, even after constant follow ups for delivery, the only response i got was that the order is verified but the shipment is pending. I got no reason for why the shipment was not made. After a complaint on 5 August, i got a response that the order has been shipped. The delivery was not received on the occasion when it was required.

I ordered 6 gifts for my wifes birthday on the 31st of May 2010 on Indiatimes shopping. Today is the 23rd of June and I still have not received them. I even sent an e mail to the MD Mr Vineet Jain but not received any response from him.
