Times of INDIA - Un Responsible, Cheats to customers.
I had TOI subscription for 12 months and after 9 months, they have stopped delivering papers.
Filed a complaint,WHICH IS REPRODUCED AS BELOW, BUT IN VAIN.

the following mail is send to your chennai office thro.'crm.chennai@timesgroup.com' but no action has been taken so far.Your Office people doesn't have even the courtesy to either reply back or call me. I am forced to cancel my subscription and going to ask for refund. Further I will switch back to THE HINDU and will never subscribe to any paper of TIMES Group in the future.

My subscriber no. is: 20894723; Date of Renewal: 13/02/2009 vide Cheque No.366456: Amount: 300/-; RRE Code:- CR 2563.

The present paper agent is not serving properly and too frequently we are not receiving papers.

Some times, we get only the Supplementary papers only as the fellow who is servicing had a habit of selling the papers outside.

Today also ie.0n 8th Oct’2009, he has not issued the Times Of India paper, telling my mother that our subscription is over.

He was given many chances to correct himself but is of no use. This has been taken up with the agent many times, but In vain.

As such I am requesting you not to pay money to the present paper agent and I do not want the present paper agent to serve us.

kindly arrange to get the paper through a different paper agent.

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.
