Hi, I have shifted my household items from Pune to Chennai and while shifting some damages has been done, I had sent several emails to company and tried to speak to their managers as well but I did not get any response, could someone tell if I can log the complaint against the company and can claim for damage recovery, if yes then how and what documentation will be required?
