Dear Team Pls. help

This is the email sent to there MD Mr. Dhruv Shringi. However there is no reply.

Yesterday morning I had called to you customer agent and spoke with Mr.
Sumit Rastogi to book a return flight from Dubai to Mumbai on
16/07/2009 and from Mumbai to Dubai on 25/07/2009.

After that I called up your customer care and spoke with Anju Negi and
give her the cheque details and told her on email that money will be
transfered before 7.

She has booked the ticket and send it to me. However I have received a
call from her informing that the money should be transferred before 7
else the ticket will stand cancelled.

Therefore I have ensure that the amount got transfered in the account
number provided before 6:30 PM.

After that I had called your customer care and spoke with Pooja Mishra
informing about it and gave the ICICI bank amount transfer reference
ID ie : M3291697. Pooja has told me that your ticket has been booked.

When I checked the ticket 23:00 today, I was surprised to known that
ticket has been cancelled.

I need the answere for my following question :

What he will do I Dubai staying there for 2-3 more days ?

Who will bear the cost of this ?

How can I trust you?

Who will bear the extra cost incurred due to your company's misdeeds?
