This is in reference to the purchase made for 1Day Adventure Getaway with White Water Rafting on Kundalika River through Deals & You. We intended to book the order for 4 persons for 25 June 2011 which is Saturday. The payment was made and there was no option for selecting the date. When contacted Kundalika River personnel, we were told that this offer is not valid for weekends. The website did not mention any such condition. As a result, we made the payment and booked the order. When contacted the helpline, we were told that this would be resolved in 72 hours. We have been following up with Deals and You over emails and calls from the day when we booked the order. Everytime we just get the false promises that the issue would be resolved in 72 hours. Till date we have not been contacted by Deals and You and there is no resolution to this complaint.

When we contacted Deals and You earlier this week, we were told that we would receive the refund but till date we have not received any communication from Deals and You.
