    Angry Worst service by Airtel digital TV DTH

    Dear all,

    I have bought airtel digital tv DTH from my nearest retailer at Abu-road on 14th March 2009 9cust ID 30004762190, as i was very sure about that Airtel will give me the best services. But my problems got initiated from the day i bought it.

    The so called very skilled persons have taken almost a month to install it with my TV and one more month for install the universal remote. even i was happy that at last it will work. but in last three months, i have several time faced problems with signal problem. after lot many followups some engineer came to my place. even the company is providing six month free home service he had taken Rs. 150 from us.

    From the date 07/07/2009, i am not able to view any of the channels. i made a complain to local dealer at swaroopganj on the same day. Afterwards i made a complain to the airtel digital tv DTH callcentre 1800-102-8080 (complain no. 825048). but even after no revert from the company.

    Today after 4 time of followup, i again made the complain for the same (complain no. 832005).

    this is so hopeless service performance from brand like Airtel.

    Default Worse after sales service by Airtel digital TV

    Dear all,

    I purchased Airtel digital TV a month back on 12/10/09. Firstly it took 3 days for installation after subscribing and then worked well for about a month. But since 12/11/09 it stopped receiving signal. I complained to customer care for 6 times(complaint no.1469015) but it is still unsolved on 17/11/09.
    So if you are planning to buy a DTH service please do not go for Airtel. It is the worst of all.

    Airtel digital- poor and negligent care centre.
    for the last more than five years i have been receiving unwanted messages and phone calls from AIRTEL DIGITAL TV for some som pal id no. 3000797721 of rewari.this does not relates to me.
    the position has been explained to the company and its lazy and ? staff hundreds of time.
    but they dame care but they are interested in talking more and more over phone ?????.
    they are a big nuisance creator for me.
    i will advise u all to refrain from such company and aware others in the matter.
