We had deposited the money for connection of PNG on 19/03/12 with Future fuels.

The connection till now has not been provided and when we call the numbers given on of the Agent either there is no response or they say it is a wrong number

I would request you to have the expedited and oblige.

Sir, With due respect I beg to say that I booked a IGL Gas Connection dated 01.10.2012. We have a receipt against submission Rs. 6000/- Cheques. Our Receipt No. 180279 and form No. 161126. I want to know what is the reason to delay this connection.

I deposited Rs.6000/- for domestic PNG connection on 2.5.11 vide receipt no.24083 for A-203 2nd floor,sec-19,NOIDA but now i am shifted to 1st floor so i am requesting you to kindly change in address and give me the connection in 1st floor i am already given a request to your costemer care by my old phone no.9211813346 6 month ago but i could not given response by you.

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring into your attention, that there has been an indefinite delay in the connection of my PNG pipeline at residence. The BPN number is – 4000215050. I had lodged the complaint with the Customer care on 29th Apr’13 through ID - PRJ2013527360. I have still not heard any update, irrespective of my continuous follow ups.

Please advice.
