We hired a car driver from Three Roses Man Power for personal use. Today morning, Nirmala one of the directors came with the driver. We started in our car and we found the ride very uncomfortable, stopping every two seconds. Asked the reason he told that the clutch plate and the accelerator are loose and thats why the car was giving the trouble. It was hard to believe that because it is a brand new car which was rolled out only yesterday,( and the ride home yesterday was very good and we were very satisfied with the car ). After a two kilometers we sensed a burnt smell and smoke from the engine. We stopped the car and the driver seemed to be at a loss and didnt know what to do. Seeing the trouble we went through a help from a hardware store nearby came and found out that the driver had not released the hand brake. It was a very rude shock to us when we questioned about his experience again(we had previously asked about it earlier in the morning to which the director(Nirmala)told us that he had 3yrs of driving experience) the driver said he had less than 1 yr of experience which was another terrible shock to us. Then we had one of our friends come and drive us home. After reaching we called the Maruti Serivce hotline and asked for their opinion. They promptly sent a service engineer who examined and told us that the clutch plate was damaged considerably and it would cost around Rs. 7000 to replace the same. And further more he told the damage to the clutch plate was equal to the usage done at the end of 5000 kilometers. When we conveyed this to her and asked her to meet us she flatly refused and was very rude to us. We are very much disappointed with their atrocious and careless attitude and for cheating us with a amateur driver with his inexperience damaged our newly bought car. It really breaks our heart to see our new car being damaged. We sincerely request the concerned personnel to look into our case as soon as possible and give us a redressal. We hope that Nirmala would be brought to justice and penalized heavily for her rude, unethical, uncouth and unprofessional attitude and behaviour.
