I am sorry to say, this courier service is the worst ever. I don't understand why most of the Banks use this service to deliver ATM/Cheque books to their clients.

My bank ATM was shipped using Express IT. It took 10-15 days for delivering the package to my house. every time I called them I was told the package would be delivered on the same day, but the "DAY" never came. At last after multiple calls the package was delivered BUT the package was TEMPERED. I had to cancel my ATM card and re-order the same.

After letting my Bank know about this incident to my shock my second card is also shipped through ExpressIt which by the way has not reached me yet.

Another thing I noticed was my first card was delivered to me on 21st but the date updated in the records was 19th.

Still waiting for my card.......

my ackn no. is 030010901129602 pan card not give to me.and not respnse express logistic courier in ahmedabad.so please give me my pan card dated 2/11/2011 name is thakar keyur s. and you hav deliverd in 16/11/2011 with courier no. 20070735177 but you give not me my pan card so, please give me my pan card

Sir they are not working properly. My pan card was about to come but the expressit courier company have not sent it on my adrress. They are showing it wrong adress. So plz help me. My no. Is 9599038039

As i have sent a parcel to mussoorie through trackon courier and document no is 259069486 dt.9.2.2012 and till today it has not been delivered.

my pan card was send from mumbai on 20-02-2012 vide acknowledgment number; 060940101272363 by express it worldwide logistics ltd vide airway Bill No.20096464570 the same was not sent to my address till now , When I called on Bombay Number , they said that your courier will be send to you on 28-02-2011 but dnt receive that & on next day when i checked my delivery status , i noted that Adress is incorrect but adress is completely correct and when on 04-03-2012 , I reached at mahipalpur venue to receive my pan card , i get information that my pan card was sent back to bombay and costumer care executive said that they will call me in 2 hours burt they did not call , and even that they did not receive the call , i tried atleast 25 times but no response .
now i want to book a complaint on courier agency not performing his duties properly and at the same time holding some ones document for a period of 20 days with them. So, dear sir i request you to take the action against this people as soon as possible.

Till now I did not receive my pan card & the same status is shown in tracking status.
It is a worst courier company . I m unable to understand why the practice of sending such important instrument , its services are being used .Its workers did not reach the clients place and say adress is incorrect it is completely false, even they did not call or receive the customers call.
