I am having Kent RO system for home water Purify. I am having AMC with Kent. I have a operational Problem since 14th June. It was registered under URGENT. but till today 6th day no one have attended the complaint. Every one in saying call to this and again call to this. Even there NCR regional manager is not attending the phone. So what to do with this hell company. Since last six days i called around 40 calls to different ppl. Very poor servicing quality worse then govt. I suggest dont take AMC from Kent its batter to take then from near by local mechanic.

Sir, I have purchased a RO during Sep 2011 Ser No KR-100600199 for official use of Defence Department through local dealer. Since last two months it is not filtering the water. Service provided by local dealer is not satisfactory.

Accidently I purchased the KentRO pearl model last year and also I took the AMC in this year but when I called the Kent guys for service each time they came and told me about the new spare part that is not under warranty.When I took AMC they told me that filter+membrane were not under warranty except all should be under warranty.So point is here is that Kent charging 2000 for AMC and providing nothing to their customers and also their technician talk very rudely in the way they are doing favour to us.
I advise next time buy some other company RO so that each time don't have to hear a new thing corresponding to warranty.

I had purchased a kent ro purifier system 4 months back, now from yesterday the taste of water generated form the same purifier is so bad and we are not able to drink it.. i complaint to service center and they assured me to come on monday the complaint no. was 271818 dt. 29.07.12, even we reminded on 30.07.12 them to repair the system.. but nothing has been done. please do the needfull..

I have bought a new Kent RO Model No -Super Plus from one of the CSD Canteens in Secunderabad. On purchasing the sales representative told me to call up on 9391534451
to get the water purifier installed the first time by a kent representative. I tried the number many times however no one picked up the phone. Finally on 13 August 2012 a lady received the phone and told that a person would come the next day by 1200h for the installation. The next day no one came and on inquiring i was told that he would come on 17th. However still no one turned up till late in the evening. Again i called up on the above mentioned number and was told that by 1200h next day the installation will be done. However the next day i.e on 18th Aug 2012 no one turned up. on calling up again i was told that the indl would now come by 1500h, still no one came by 1500h. Finally a person called Mr K Nagaraju from Spacenet DTH Services, AS Rao Nagar came at 1800h. I am sorry to say but he was so unprofessional that he could only drill two holes in my kitchen wall in one hour and that too not properly. I looked as though he was handling a Drill Machine for the first time. After hanging the water purifier he didnt know how to install the pipe connections and asked for a plumber to come and do it. When i said there is no plumber available he asked for my phone to call up someone on 9985403434 as he didn't have balance in his phone and then called up another number 04030624374 and spoke in Telugu which i didnt understand. After that he left saying he would return the next day. However till date neither has he turned up nor has anyone else followed up on this issue. I tried calling up that lady whom i first contacted but she didnt pick up my phone, finally i called her up from some other no, she picked up and gave me the number of some Mr Pawan (9985404141) of golden liquids solutions who had sent Mr Nagaraju. I bought a Kent RO only because i trusted your brand and many people recommended Kent over Eureka Forbes. But after the initial experience now i feel i should have not patronized in your brand, Kindly give me a workable solution as the water purifier is lying useless in my house. And also give me one reason as to why i should trust your company and not lodge a complaint in the consumer court.
I request an immediate action on this.

I am writing this mail in vain and want to report the pathetic service that i have been experiencing since the time i bought my KENT PEARL WATER PURIFIER model.

I have been facing a problem with my device since about 6 months now. The water outlet would always flush out too much of water and I would have to change the bucket under it time and again. Well, initially i thought maybe it was just a part of the process, since i had no doubt about the company image of Kent. But gradually my doubts turned into nightmares as the amount of water being flushed out kept increasing by the day.
Anyways, I started calling the dealer who sold me the device, since the warranty card said that any defects whatsoever (unless by mishandling), and most of the time the person did not even understand what i was speaking. I was horrified at the kind of response i was getting. Anyways, on August 18th I decided to go to the outlet myself to get my problem addressed. They said my problem will be solved soon since it was a problem with the membrane only and it can be replaced. I waited for 10 days calling them up each day but they just kept delaying it. On 2nd September i decided to visit the outlet again where to my horror i was told that i would have to pay for the membrane as it is not covered in the warranty. I went through the warranty card again and saw that it very clearly says that any defects whatsoever within the warranty period would be covered free of cost unless it is due to mishandling. Anyways now i have understood that my device wasnt functioning since May but i realized by August. The customer service people are doing nothing but delaying the response in order for the warranty period to get over.
They give me useless excuses at times like " Sir your device's membrane is being sent from our main store from another city" or "Sir, You will have to pay for it".
Now, I am sick and tired of this non-sense. I have realize not only that it is not the amount of money i wasted on numerous phone calls and fuel i burnt to go to them time and again to complain. It is also not worth my energy to argue with the customer care people as not only do i feel they lack common sense but they are extremely rude. I am now trying one last time to get my problem resolved before i have to file a case against Kent in the consumer court and let the law decide the further course of action. So, If any of the Kent Customer Service Heads do get to read this please let me know if my matter can be resolved without me having to approach the court.

bought an RO 2 months back and when the motor is destroyed....i ve been calling customer care for a month and they said they cant help and when i tried to freak them out that i ll complain to higher authority they said nothing will happen let me write the address of dealer and please take some strict action against them

But no body came. Atleast they should give the exact date when their technician is going to come so that we will not wait unnecessarily
i bought a kent pearl RO - from the very first month i am facing lot of problems. This is the worst product i have ever seen or purchased.
Please do not buy any Kent - RO .

31/8 Carbon Filter Chnaged
31/8 SMPS Changed
22/9 UF Membrane Chnaged
28/9 RO Membrane Changed.
That is what Brand Kent stands for - Junk box costing 16K.
In a way they will make you pay for all parts after a warrenty period it seems. In just 6 months time all parts have been replaced. On inquiry - Neha enterprises kent dealer in ahmedabad takes pride in saying company wil not replace machine even after these many failure.
The demeaning attitude of Kent like companies are shameful.
Hope they learn to rectify the junk they have created otherwise in no time kent will be a history in RO products.
I expect a sincere response to this query ASAP.

I perchased kent grand 2 years back. I faced a lot of problem in these 2 years.sed in bet ween . Suddenly my kent purifier stopped working last week. I called f.m. International baridih , jamshedpur for service. At phone i was told that service charge is 250. Rs. But after coming he charged rs. 450 for service.
I donot know whom to contact and get proper service with appropriate charges.
