HI,

I placed an order on 15 mar 2011 for a mobile worth RS 2298 and along with they are giving a free numero uno sun glasses. I received an email from them with an order id that it will take max 2-3 weeks to deliver my order and i will also get my dispatch number etc soon. After this i also got a phone call from Bag It Today itself saying that they will deliver my order in next 5-6 days.

I was very happy that they will deliver my order so quickly but it been 3 weeks since the order date and whenever i call on their customer care, A guy named "DURGESH" receives my phone and tell me that it will take 5-7 days in delivery. I have called on their customer care thrice for this and every time it is 5-7 days..

Please take some action on this!!
