I have unfortunately become a member of pentacles services,karol bagh,new delhi.phone no 47622999.
They have never been able to give their services as promised at the time of taking money.
Their promise of giving service within 24 hours is totally a false claim.my requests for services were never attnded to promptly.what to talk of 24 hours , they do not turn up even after 168 hours.
They have not attended to my ac service call even though the same has been registered with them since 13-08-09.today also they promised to send their person ,but kept me waiting the entire day.one can understand the agony of waiting for a non-responsive person.
They are a shame on the service sector.
They do not realise the importance of other's time.
Through thid forum i would like to request people not fall prey to this company.
Avoid them at all costs.

Worst company in the service sector. Should have not been a member of this company. Will request everybody to avoid the membership and those who already are members should ask to refund their amounts.

I also am a member of this company and have been trying to avail the services of an electrician but have not been successful in getting that. Their helpline number is of no help as it is impossible to get through this number. Have mobile number of one of the executives who had invited to become a member and that number also they try to avoid piccking up.

I feel cheated by them and hope the authorities do look inot such cases of fraud on a small scale having greater ramifications

I had received telephone from pentacle services . The new contact nos are 01124648012. Please ask the subscribers to contact on this no . Definitely they are fraudaulent persons. Help them to fall in hand of police.

All the allegations and charges are quite well placed. The service was started perhaps with good intention but given the amount independent people charge for visit and jobwork (whether it is a pumber or any other), these people have foolishly called for their own doom. The service levels - 15 to 17 in a year whether at 499 or 699 is just not possible.

All said and one, they are still liable for faulty or sub standard service, bad behaviour and lack of any professionalism in their approach. People sent by them are of the most disgusting variety.

I have tried all the phone nos listed anywhere - no one is responding.

Can we take them to task?

I dont seek any refund but would definitely like such people to be made to pay up and own up for their mis deeds.

I am a member of Pentacle Services. Whenever I try to cotact the Help Line Number 47622999 & 45097377, there is no response from the service providers. It is a matter of shame that they are not responding to complaints by the members.

I am also facing the same problems as mentioned by all other members. I am going to send them a notice by my lawyers, hand delivered at their office address where the fone number 47622999 is installed.

Beware people.. before joining such services, just type their name on google and search about them, be sure and then go ahead. I did this mistake first time, and wont do this again.

It is a complete fraud company. I also wish if I could check about these complaints earlier. I paid 799/- for the same and that too very recently. It appears these guys are cheating people for more than one year. They keep changing their addresses, phone numbers, mobile numbers. Their website also works only when they want it to run. The major thing is that they also keep changing their bank accounts after taking out all money so that no one can catch them. Two very important things :- How can a bank let them open bank accounts without much verification. secondly our consumer forum system should also have such complaint sites so that one can read it out there at first instance. In this case even consumer forum complaint can not be filed because no one knows their correct address. Thank god it was just 799 bucks. Lets create awareness because that is the least we can do.

It appears to be a failed venture . I paid 799/- for the same. They have given two phone numbers ,45097377 which "does not exist" and 47622999 which gives an engaged tone when dialled ( for the past two months). Their website is also deactivated.
Let us all get together and do something. If someone has legal knowledge/support/background please guide and we can file a complaint or PIL for harassment and cheating.I would be happy to add my name to the list of plaintiffs.
