Respected Sir,

I am a resident of Triplicane, Chennai working in Southern Railway Head Quarter. I have been staying here more than 2 years. So far i was not aware that we can get milk in subsidized rate if we have a Card issued by AVIN.

Last month i went to Avin Office and introduced myself. The office incharge told me that at present we dont have the card available with us. Better come 1st week of March that time we will definitely issue you the card.

Today 04.03.2011 i went to the office the office incharge denied to issue me the card, stating that there is no card, come in June.

I could not get his name but i have got the office phone no. which is 044-2346 4588.

I would like to request you please do help me in this regard.
