Five month back I purchased a USB modem from bharti airtel limited Block no. 11,A SDA complex ,kasumpati with receipt no 74905 dated 29/09/10 at price of 2750.
Number of time I complained that micromax 200 (modem) is not functioning moreover My PC window have been damaged when ever I used it. Unfortunately I used in my friend PC to know its speed but its window also got damaged. I spent almost 1200 on each PC to reinstall the window.it was taking almost 30 minute to open the google front page in Xp window.
At last i decided to stop it service so i requested customer care to block the number as it is wastage of time only. Now i am getting call from customer care to submit the fee with fine.
I am ready to give all conversation which i had with customer care representative.
