I purchased a pair of shoes of brand "Woodland" from their franchisee "Janak Fashions" vide cash memo No. P 535 (Book No. 11) on 7th May 2005 for Rs. 1495. On using it the first day, I found that the inner sole of the shoe had a fold (a manufacturing defect).so i will complaint to the shop owner. but they do not solve the problem and they don't replace the shoe.
