My Photon no is 9223731792.
Since last 9 days whenever I try to connect,My TATA Photon connection gives an error 678 "The remote computer did not respond" while the signal strength remains 100%.
I have not been able to get an answer from any of the customer care executive.On both toll free nos. 1800-266-121 and 1800-266-1515 keep telling me to call the other.
Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

i am using tata photon post paid usb modem. number 9225834097 , its very poor responce from tata photon sevrice. i cant acces internet properly. my plane is rental rs 450>1gb .

Hello,

My name is Karthik and I took a photon internet from my sister ID, its account no is 909567850. I cancelled this no by going to tata care and giving a written note on feb 8th 2012. but this was not cancelled and I told to customer care 4-5 time that I cancelled but no use... then I stopped to responding them. then placed bill for feb and march full month bill which is 1928Rs and I told them already I cancelled this one and I don't pay. Then they sent the court order and now from court they are calling and telling to pay bill or come to Delhi as I'm in Bangalore I cant go to Delhi and its forcibly made me to pay as their is no fault from my side anyone help me to get my money back (1928Rs).
