I hired the services of Interstate cargo services for relocating my household items from New Delhi to Nainital
(door to door) services. They packed my items from delhi loaded them and reached the destination without any arrangement of unloading and unpacking them (as promised under the agreement made while I made part payment at Delhi) I had to arrange for my own labour and unload and unpack the items. Also when I confronted the owner Mr Inder Jolly of the situation I was harrassed by the staff, abusive language was used and I was forcefully made to pay the remining amount under threat. Not only I paid for services I did not receive but also throughly humiliated. Please help me to take some action against such fraudsters
