I bought spectacle from Zeiss, Indiranagar, Bangalore through invoice number 930752000099 dated 24-04-2009. I have made the payment using my debit card and the card was charged three times. I have contacted the store several times and till date the amount is not been refunded. I have my bank statement to prove that the amount is debited from account and till date that amount is not refunded. It is almost 1 and a half month now and there is no proper response from the authority of the store. Please suggest me what i should do.
