dear sir,

i have summited my samsung handset model no jet s8003 on 21st jan 2011 in the samsung service centre at jai sai ram electronics services shop no.9 furniture market, n block, south city near sector 40 gurgaon, for the network problem.

after 3 days the called me and says sir your handset will be repaired if you bring your handset box or photocopy of your bill. i said i don't have box with me & summited my bills copy to them.

after 15 days when i go to collect my handset they are saying sir we recieved the part today only you will get the hand set by the evening.

on the next day when i go to service centre to collect the handset they are saying your handset will not be repaired because IMEI sticker is not in your phone.

Sir please help me when i summited my phone every thing is there, i don't no why they are donig this to me.
i have original bill with me
