They are the worst packers I have ever seen. They have a good site which says excellent services and executive will come to your home and give you quotation. You will realize the fraud only once you receive the goods after moving. Majority of your goods will be damaged, missing and if you think of going for insurance also you they wont give you any money. The insurance money they charge 3% of you goods value. They just multiply 3% to the value you say your goods worth and add it to the bills without giving any insurance papers. So if you tell your goods is Rs 1 lakh your insurance will be Rs 3000.

I moved my goods from Delhi to Chennai and I got my goods in bad shape. 2 glass tables were broken, sofa torn, 1 luggage and chair missing. I called state cargo insurance person and they will reimburse money for damaged goods and told me to purchase the goods and send bill for reimbursement. After sending the bill for around Rs 10,000 I had to call multiple times for my money. He was disconnecting my call. At last I mailed them in a very harsh tone and one of their executive called and said they will reimburse Rs3000 only. The exactly the same amount I paid as insurance.

I had to accept that because I realized that I don't have any papers from Insurance company.

So my advise is that never ever go for State cargo. They will cheat you. If you are going for any Packers and movers, do not pay full money. Pay 80% on loading and balance 20% when you receive the goods. So that you have control of them.

I have used the State Cargo Packers & Movers service to transfer the laguages from Mumbai to Pune. And I have faced following problems:
1. They are not providing the Bill (Check) of the service.
2. Service is not on Time (They are late 4 hours at source and 5 hours at destination).
3. They have damaged the laguages.
4. They are not responding on the phone call.

I have contacted to Ajit of Navi Mumbai brach on 9320535351 and after the service the person is not responding at all.

This is work cargo I have seen so far in my life, would recommend everybody to stay away from it.

We have two cots shifting from Delhi to Bangalore, they had given quotation of 6 thousand and we paid 4000 cash advance. On reaching Bangalore these people started blackmailing us say they wont deliver goods if we will not pay them 9468 more Rupees. On calling many time delhi office and insisting we have paid 4000 rs cash (We have reciepts with us) they finally said we still have to pay 6468 (including insurance amount we we never asked to do). Even they did not gave us receipts for the amount we have paid. They also have damaged the good.

They had pretty good trick to blackmailing & kept throwing blame of bill to Delhi office and Bangalore office.
