My name is Mohammed Kaleemullah Sharief, I resided in Hyderabad City, AP - 500008. I would like to inform you that, I made a compliant for my AQUAFLO on 17th January '2011 Req. No. 0060842397 and on Wednesday the technician came and checked the unit and said that i don't hold any contract with EUREKA FORBES and he left, unfortunately the contacts papers has been misplaced at our end. But when i again inquire about my contract with customer care their record shows that my contract is still valid and is going to expire on NOV. 2011. yes this were the words from your staff. Then again i placed a request for my AQUAFLO Unit but until now no one has responded nor called up.

Sir, I don't understand whats going wrong with your customer service staff (ARUN, ANAND) or with the technical staff when ever i am calling they simply tells me that my request has been forwarded and the technician will arrive at my end by today or tomorrow. When i called the technician (Santosh) who arrived on Wednesday he told me to speak with BADE SAAB (SUDAKAR) i don't understand to whom i have to speak. for your information my UNIT went under periodic check up and the CARBON was changed under the contract which i hold and that was on the month of September 2010. Sir, due to non working of the UNIT my wife and daughter had drank the direct incoming water and are suffering from severe throat problem.

FYI, due to an excellent result using AQUAFLO I had referred many of my relatives and friend to buy it which they did last year. So is this the reply what you give for referring others. I knew that this is a very good company which produces top class products in the market, but sir, some of your staff members are spoiling the image of your company.

Therefore, I would ask you to take an action against them and to solve my serious issue as soon as possible.

NNNNNNNNNNNNote:--------- This is the mail which i have drafted to the Customer Care and CEO of Eureko Forbes on 25.01.2011 but until now no response. I think the CEO of this company is hiding like a street women and might be sleeping all the time at office rather working


Any how i got a call today i.e. 27.01.2011 @ 3.30 pm from Eureka Customer Care and again the same story has been repeated. I unfortunetely has misplaced the AMC Contract papers for which the Service Manager is now objecting that I dont hold any contract with Eureka if it is so then last year in the month of september 2010 the technician came at our end and has changed the Carbon under the same contract.


This people are big lier and they just need the week point as now i am not having the original or the copy of the agreement for which they are stating that I dont hold any contract for which excuse me I have a solid witness with me by which I made a agreement and its the technician of Eureka itself.

Please suggest me to take a legal action for such fraud offense
