I am consuming brittania whole wheat bread since years and had often found some problem and got it exchanged

this time when i bought this i found white spots on it(this is not fungus).I think it it is fine flour and think it is wrong as it is wheat bread,i don't find any nutritious values in this so i buy wheat bread but what is the use of buying it if i am to find fine flour in it.

please help me with this problem
