    Sub.: Order No.6328 dated 27.11.2008 of M/s. IVALUEMART SHOPPING CATALOGUE PVT. LTD.,

    Dear Sir,

    I had placed an online order for supply of 1 No. Sauna Slim Fit Belt (BC035), 24 Pcs Cutlery Set (BC046) and 1 No. Citrus Juicer (BC044) through BARCLAYS Credit Card vide Order No.6328 dated 27.11.2008 (Page 1) with the following party for a total amount of Rs.2,249/- :-

    M/s. ValueMart Shopping Catalogue Private Limited

    As per terms and conditions all deliveries were to be made within 21 days from the date of placing the orders. However, the delivery against my order is not yet supplied to me despite e-mails sent to them for a number of times to this effect.

    The delivery is yet not given and every time their Customer Service Executive said “there is some stock problem”. The Company is not even ready to refund the money in spite of writing to them by email a number of times. Their executive never accept that they have received any email regarding cancellation of the order and refund of the money paid to them whereas I have received a Holi Greeting mail from the same Email ID i.e. contact@ivaluemart.com to which I have sent the cancellation request to them from one of their executives - Ms. Kavita Choudhary of Complaint Cell which reflects their deliberate omission not to redress my grievances. Their phones are not transferable and we cannot contact their concerned department or senior executives for talking to them regarding settlement of the matter.

    I have sent a final Warning Letter to them by Regd. A/D on 24.03.2009 for delivering me the ordered items within 7 days of the letter or cancel the order with refund of consideration amount of Rs. 2249/- with interest @ 12 p.a. till date of realization. Although the letter has been delivered to the addressee, till date I have not received the material or the consideration amount.

    I request you to take urgent measures against the above fraud Company to get the refund of Order Value of Rs. 2,249/- with interest till date of realization and also to issue necessary action against M/s. BARCLAYS BANK (Credit Card Divison) for cheating the customer by entering into these types of agreements with fraud companies.

    Hello,

    Apart from the email send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of the parent company and ask them for the refund with 12% interest + damages with in 15-20 days. If they will not reply you after the mentioned time then contact us again.

    As mentoned in my previous communication to you, I have sent a final Warning Letter to them by Regd. A/D on 24.03.2009 for delivering me the ordered items within 7 days of the letter or cancel the order with refund of consideration amount of Rs. 2249/- with interest @ 12 p.a. till date of realization. Although the letter has been delivered to the addressee, till date I have not received the material or the consideration amount. No mode of communication or warning bothers them. The Company has tie up with all Credit Card companies in India and it is their business to cheat credit card holders the credit card companies take no responsibility for the loss caused to the credit card holders. The company is a professional cheater. Please take urgent steps to drag them to court.
