Hi,

The couriers ( First Flight ) has sent back a parcel that was addressed to me with a reason of "Wrong Address"
They did not even bother to call me even though my mobile number was provided by the sender on the parcel.

Also I cannot enquire with them about the status as no one answers the calls made to the numbers provided by them.

I have a proof of the parcel sent back thru their web site.

This has occurred so far for the same parcel. I have request the sender to send it again after the first failure.

I have sufferred financial loss as I could not sell the shares i was holding becoz i did not receive the package on time.

Please advise what I can do on this.
