Dear Forum Member ,

We have given contract to one Bangalore based website developer for developing a news website in the month of June 2010.

According to the proposal, they suppose to finish the work in 60 days , However after 220 days , they have not completed the website . I paid 40 % advance money in the beginning. Rest money , they suppose to take after giving us final output.

THis delay has caused me streass and loss of advertisers money as well . What i should do.
