on 1st of Jan PAN authority of india issued my PAN card and the courier was send through "First Flight" when i tried to chekc the status of my courier on 5th Jan i saw that the courier has been delivered,although the courier hadnt reached me.

I tried to reach customer care of first flight in Bangalore and after trying almost more than 100 times i could reach it and they finally told that POD contains the signature of an unknown person and the courier has been delivered there.
And i was also assured that the courier will be delivered to me by next day and today is that day,whole day i waited and tried to reach teh customer care of first flight but all in vain and i havent recieved my courier.

I am not sure what to do now.

I am really dissappointed and definitely feel that such crapy services should be banned.


Please help and take necessary steps to help we consumers.
