I bought Samsung Metro 3530 phone from Spice Retails Ltd., Shop No.2 & 3, Jacompura, Gurgaon, Haryana on 25/12/2010 ( Inv No.: 120079597).

While enquiring about set I specifically asked for 3G phone with good camera & I was recommended this phone by the staff. After purchasing the phone when I shared that with my friends I was shocked to realise that it is not a 3G phone & same was confirmed by Samsung customer care.

When I called back the outlet, they refused to admit that they have told me it is 3G phone & instead blamed me that I have not heard them correctly.

This is serious breach of trust & I request to take this phone back immediately.
