ID:	5505I made purchase of Rs9000 worth garments on Fashion and you website and I was alarmed to see they claimed to have dispatched my items to a third party at a address which is not matching with mine. The customer contact number they have published is also fraud as no one ever picks up the line. I'm trying hard to get my money back. I warn all people to beware of this fraud site

    Fashionandyou.com is the biggest online scam in India.They have an amazing new way of looting you. I did the mistake of ordering 4 products in their site bearing the order numbers 249104 and 248976. In the first order I ordered for 1 perfume and a pair of shoes, they sent me the wrong product,in the second order,they made me pay 2500rs and instead of sending 3 pairs of shoes they sent 2 pairs(they canceled one pair because it was out of stock but they made me pay for it),its been 18 days and I have received no refund what so ever. I paid rs 3500 and in return I got a shower gel!! Can u believe it? They took 3500rs and sent me a SHOWER GEL. An then came the bigger worries,I called them up and reported the problem.They sent a courier guy to pick it up who was rude as hell,and who made me drive all over bangalore to reach him. Guess what ??this is not it!! It gets better, I have not received my refund till date.And its been 18 days.(in the website it says 3 days!! Ha Ha what a fool is was) I have sent a hundred emails to support@fashionandyou.com,and made a 100 calls to customer care .One customer care guy called Raj was so rude that he hung up on me before saying that it was my mistake to have sent it with that courier guy(p.s. courier guy was sent by Fashionandyou.com).Please ,am begging you guys not to waste your time and hard earned money on these cheats.

    I ordered apparels from FashionAndYou.com website and when i received, they were totally different., one product was rejected material, others were size totally different then the ordered. I called them on the same day and they told that they will look into the matter...and provide the refund as per their policy. Its been almost a week and on a daily basis I used to call them but no response. I will wait for another 24 hrs and then will have to go to court to complaint against them.

    Even sending emails, calling them there is no response..FashionAndYou if you are looking into this thread my order no. is 304641. I already sent two mails on support@fashionandyou.com

    Default Their referral bonus is nothing but a way to cheating people

    The fashion and you website claims that you will get a credit of Rs 1000 for first purchase of the person you refer. However, it is 3 months after the person i referred made his first purchase and i am yet to see my credit of Rs 1000. They have the worst customer care in the whole wide world. Have mailed several times at support@fashionandyou.com and have also made numerous calls to their customer care number. Every time you call, they assure you that the query will be solved in 72 hrs. I even spoke to a guy who claimed to be a team leader named AMIT, who assured me that i would definitely get my referral credits in 72 hrs time. But, it is more than 3 months now and i have not yet received my referral credit. I feel very cheated and have no idea who i should escalate this issue to. Why should they make false claims in their website, when they have no intention of giving any referral credits.
    My Friend's order number is 211752. He has already received the product. But i have not got my referral credits.

    I believe u should change your name from fashion and you to we r sorry to u...coz this is wat u guys are gud at just saying sorry... if u dont have the stuff to sell then why do u show them... in short this site is just to lure people,make them wait for their ordered stuff and at end what we get to hear from u is that sorry but the things u have ordered is out of stock....

    your dealings with your suppliers must be pathetic thats why they dont give u your own placed orders...similarly dealing with your clients is also miserable as we get to know that our orders will not be delivered ever as u dont hav them after 6-8 weeks.

    in end-"tempting but a useless site,come here to get the worst

    I agree with Mr. Guest. even I have similar issue, if u dont have the product to sell then why do u show them... make us wait for ordered stuff and at end what we get to hear from you is that sorry but the things u have ordered is out of stock.... or there is problem with vendor. your dealings with your suppliers must be pathetic.

    Till now you guys could able to deliver single product.. even some product as per your website should get dispatched within 48 hrs...its been more then 1 week I am waiting to hear something from you guys..

    Such a pathetic service..

    Default Product delivered by fashionandyou not what it was promised to be

    Hi, I ordered a melting clock,price 1099, the material written was clearly metal.the product took a lot of time to be delivered,and when finally it reached me, was a made in china clock, made of cheap plastic.I complained, a series of mails were exchanged, and after 14 days, I got a final mail stating that nothing could be done as queries have to be raised within 72 hrs. I had asked for either of two options, either, exchange the plastic clock with metal, AS AGAIN THE SAME SALE IS ON,AND AGAIN,THE MSTERIAL CLAIMED IS METAL, or, take the clock back and let me buy something else of same or greater value..I am yet to get a response from them.

    I've had long-standing issues with Fashion and You, but since my orders were COD, despite non-receipt of any of the ordered good, I didn't quite feel like I was cheated and kept visiting and ordering goods from the site.

    Now, though, it seems I've managed to land myself in a soup for I paid for an order through my Debit Card just to save the INR 100-odd delivery charges. I received an e-mail from orderrecords@fashionaandyou.com stating that my order (number 1056464) was dispatched on November 22, 2011.

    On non-receipt of ordered goods, I called the website's customer care at +91 120 6739999 on Nov 29, 2011 and was informed that deliveries are expected between 2-10 days of dispatch. I inquired whether I can track my order and received a negative answer.

    Ten days from receiving the dispatch e-mail, I did not receive the actual order and called their customer care on December 2, 2011 again. I was informed that the matter will be looked into and that there is no possible way the order can be tracked despite it being an in-house delivery system. In today's day and age of technological advancement, I refuse to believe how a few calls to concerned departments can't track the order. Evidently, Fashion and You isn't much of a believer in consumer convenience and satisfaction. But I digress.
    So on December 2, all I received was an apology and a promise that the 'matter will be looked into,. I was told that I will receive my order only on Monday (December 3 and 4 being Saturday and Sunday). Since this was something i was willing to live with, I consented on the grounds that I receive my order on Monday and not a day later. The complaint was registered against number 935533.

    As I'm writing this on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, you may safely assume that Monday came and went but there's no information on my order yet. Not one to let go easily, I called their customer support on December 5, 2011 (the promised day of delivery), spoke to Ashutosh who professed his utter inability in tracking the order and requested for another "24-48 hours" for delivery. I received an e-mail stating, and I quote, "your transaction reference number for the same is 935533 and is left Open as of now and will be attented within the specified timelines."

    Now here I am, declaring on consumer court forum what I already have informed Fashion and You (in the aforementioned chat with Ashutosh), that if I didn't receive my order by Wednesday evening (that is, in the 24-48 hours I have been promised), I demand a full refund of my money, i.e. Rs 896/- and no, a voucher is not acceptable. When I've paid you real money, I want that back, and not a crappy excuse to shop from your site again.

    Oh, and one last thing, I had also placed a COD order which was dispatched just a couple days later (from the dispatch date of this order, i.e.), which is, as is obvious, still somewhere in-transit. If I receive it before I receive order number 1056464, I will keep it and withhold payment, even if it means calling the police on the courier boy.

    I purchased numero uno leather shoes and puma bag .i just recieved the shoes (numero uno leather shoes)
    which is not a leather shoes it is completely damaged piece and dint recieve the puma bag .payment was done.when gave a call to customer care asked to stay on call for 20mins

    alert"i request all my indian customers not to purchase any goods online"alert.

    They are all damaged piece thats the reason they are on sale at low price .

    Angry fashion and you give my money back!

    i have ordered a sari from this online shopping website that claimed it to be of Georgette material but somehow it turned to be a flimsy net material when it was delivered to me..:O...moreover the un stiched blouse sleeve that was provided, was insufficient in measurement. the sari no where looks worthy enough to be paid for Rs 8000/- the material used was very cheap. i feel cheated. so please i need my cash back and i am even ready to exchange it with some other genuinely "WORTHY" material.
