    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I have recharged many times my mobile and dish tv but 4-5 times recharge was failed and the amount was deducted from my account. Then I made complain/query to their site but got no solution. I can show you the transaction in which they cheated me. Following are the details:

    1. Recharge Failed/Payment Deducted on 08 Dec 2010

    2. Recharge Failed/Payment Deducted on 20 May 2010

    c. Date : 20 May 2010 , Time: 09:58 PM
    d. 200 Rs.

    f. PNB Net Banking Retail Account

    3. Recharge Failed/Payment Deducted on 19 Nov 2010

    And finally I want to intimate this message to all users of that they can cheat you anytime so be aware of this site and do not use theses type of third party sites. I have lost approx 600-700 Rs through this site. And they will not resolve your query at any cost as I have already made complaint but found no solution.

    Default complain about recharge done on 15.11.2012

    sir i have paid my prepaid cell bill through online payment on 15.11.2012, but while making payment i credited the amount to recharge instead of prepaid account. and so my amount not credited to my bill. the same has been pointed out to bpl gallary at boriwali so many time personally or over phone. they were replying that they have spoke with the vendor and he will recredit the amount to my bank account but today they told me to write to you about this . sir kindly look into the matter and recredit rs. 797/- which i have paid towards my mobile no 9821289277 on 15.11.12
