The Builder M/s Ekta Kamdhenu Builder & Developer is not completing the Building, hence there is no Occpancy Certificate. The Builder has given false promises and made a Proposed Society. We are forced to pay Maintenence Charges even with Basic facility Like Domestic Water Supply, we are paying Commercial Charges which is more than 7 times.

Are the Members supposed to pay maintenence charges since there is no basic facilities.

We understand that Builder is supposed to maintain the building and no charges are taken from Members till such time

(i) Occupancy Certificate from CIDCO is obtained. Last 5 years making false promises
(ii) Complete the Civil Work and provides all the basic amenties given in Sale Registered Document, Brochure - Non adherance and harassing members for each & every facility
(iii) Builder is not giving NOC for Resale in case of Emergency . Members are staying not investors waiting for appreication to book profit
(iv) Builder is not giving Conveyance Deed
