maintenence charges rules for Cooperative Housing Society (Proposed) The Builder M/s Ekta Kamdhenu Builder & Developer is not completing the Building, hence there is no Occpancy Certificate. The Builder has given false promises and made a Proposed Society. We are forced to pay Maintenence Charges even with Basic facility Like Domestic Water Supply, we are paying Commercial Charges which is more than 7 times.
Are the Members supposed to pay maintenence charges since there is no basic facilities.
We understand that Builder is supposed to maintain the building and no charges are taken from Members till such time
(i) Occupancy Certificate from CIDCO is obtained. Last 5 years making false promises
(ii) Complete the Civil Work and provides all the basic amenties given in Sale Registered Document, Brochure - Non adherance and harassing members for each & every facility
(iii) Builder is not giving NOC for Resale in case of Emergency . Members are staying not investors waiting for appreication to book profit
(iv) Builder is not giving Conveyance Deed
Rule of maintenance charges Sir,
i want to know there is case going on between me and the society and they are not taking maintenance so we are sending it by post which they refused to take and now as the case is in court and now it almost 3 years gone by my maintenance is not paid due to refusal from society , so i want to know whether they can disconnect our water connection as the case is in court and also they are refusing to take maintenance, please reply.
