Dear Sir,
My Name is Mohd Intzar, I signup a contract with just dial for one year net search in 19/8/2008 for Rs 6742/- by Manish Gupta. He promise me start the contract with in one month, but contract dos,nt start, after two month I call to manish but his phone was not in use, he left the company. Then I call in company but they don,t response, I many time call in company and also meet with manager in company. They told me that you have to taken other contract of phone search of Rs 15000/- plus taxes, you have to pay Rs 4200/- cash and balance in installment of Rs 1389/- after 8 month,your Rs 6742 will be adjusted in this contract. I agreed and pay Rs 4200/- but they cheated me again, their executive sign in ECS form inbetween other form without my knowledge when I sign on contract. One installment has been pased when I check my statement, then I call again in company for this but they dos,nt response. And closed my contract after three month and say pay to balance. They dos,nt agree to adjust my balance.
So Please help me.
