Dear Sir / Madam ,
I purchased a cooler ( Winter ) from one of symphony cooler dealer M/s.Shakti Radio Karan Market , Jammu Dated - 03-05-2009 , and the same was delivered at our place on the late evening.. and when we open the packing of the same , we found a crack on bottom of it and its swing function was not working properly....and at the same time we informed the dealer about the same and he send the other unit to replace it but that unit's swing was also not working properly... and same was informed to him .. and it took 7 days for him to send his service engineer to rectify it..and when he arrived , he did some temporary fixing of the same.. and the wing function started working but the very next day it again stopped working... and same was informed to him... but till date nothing has happened on that front..
My concern is that first of all the unit should have got replaced rather than fixing the problem because this mal- functioning was within 24 hours of purchase....
Now request you to look into this..and resolve the same.....
