We hired Chennai Packers and movers for our house shifting from Chennai to Coimbatore on 29th Nov 2010. They were to commence loading at 6.30 and finally turned up three hours late. The loading was completed at 11.15 and the truck started off. We started to Coimbatore by car and have been waiting for the truck since last night. Last night they told us that the truck left Chennai by 11 am and would reach in the night. Now we are told it will reach only by evening. We were warned that this company transfers the goods and transports in larger trucks where they combine with other shipments. Now we are waiting in Coimbatore without a change of clothes unsure of when the goods will arrive if ever. A friend who had a similar experience tells me it took a week for them to deliver. I wish some victims could band together in Public Interest and ensure this is stopped. Shibu
