Final Settlement for ICICI bank home loan. Hi,
My housing loan is currently under court as was unable to pay the EMI. Total loan amount was 5 LAC disbursed in 2002. Till date I have paid approx. 3 LAC 50 THOUSAND in favour of above loan. Last year ICICI has hand-overed the above case to some other counterpart company and intinate we have closed your loan account and hand-over to the said company. The said company is mentioning the total due amount as around 7 LAC excluding the 3 LAC 50 thousand.
I want to settle this case forever, please suggest me what could be the final amount that I might have to pay.
