I have ordred Portable hard disk and memory stick on indiaplaza.com through my standard chartered reward points on indiaplaza site on 21Sep2010.

My rewards points are debitted and order was placed successfuly. But still I have not received products and also no communcation from them.

I feel they are cheating people by this way. I have seen many complaints about there service on this site itself.

Please help me to get my products delivered or refund of my amount.
