I am a customer of Eureka Forbes' Water Purifier ST PUMP and also holding valid Service Contract covered by Contract Receipt No. 10 - 17311018, with validity period upto 31.03.2011. The water purifier was leaking and compliants were lodged at the Authorized Service Centre - 3988 33 33. The initial compliant made more than 2 and half months before and every single reminder calls were well received, the follow up assured orally, but till date neither the compliant attended to nor the reasons for non-attendance revealed. I have been the company's customer for nearly two decades and find their services towards maintenance service to be degrading.
Prayer: Seek directions for immediate rectification of the defects in the water purifier. I also seek compensation for the breach of contractual obligation resulting in (i) deprivation of the legitimate use of the water purifier for 3 months now, (ii) consequential inconvenience and cost to me during this period, and (iii) the mental agony on account of the need for repeated reminders, the disappointments caused even after assurance of immediate attendance of the compliant.
