    Default Club Mahindra Making a fool of the Customer

    I had wanted to become a Member of the Club Mahindra Resorts and had paid a down payment of Rs 25,426 on March 30, 2009. However due to some emergency I had to cancel the membership and the same was communicated to the company on April 15,2009. and had asked them to refund the money. Till date the company has not refunded the money. On being contacted I was told that the money will not be refunded. I am unable to understand on what account the money is being deducted without having provided any services??I was told that the money is Admission fee?? However nowhere in the form or the copy is there a mention of admission fee. The amount was taken from me as 10% downpayment of the holiday time share resort. Kindly help file a court case.

    I m a Member of the Club Mahindra in name of Mrs Preeti Jha and had paid a down payment of Rs 16041 on May 06, 2010. However due to some emergency I had to cancel the membership and the same was communicated to the company on May 07,2010. and had asked them to refund the money. Till date the company has not refunded the money. On being contacted They told me that the money will refunded after 45 days. I am unable to understand this?? that they are taking so much time for refund process.The amount was taken from me as 10% downpayment for membership booking. I have all papers which they given to me I have also those Debit card slip which I Paid the booking amount Kindly help file a court case.

    [COLOR="blue"]I sent 4 times e-mail to club mahindra.but they not sent me any reply.Always i sending them e-mail their auto generated system sent me e-mail and they give me again n again new interaction ID.They dont want face the member becoz they knew very well that they are making fool to member.     Default Cheating via Holiday Package Offers

    Dear Sir/Madam,



    My husband received a call on 23 April 2010 from Suman of Signature Siestas Pvt..Ltd., K-28, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi. She informed him that we won a holiday package and we should collect it from them. She specifically mentioned that any one of us cannot collect it, both of us have to be there together.

    They called us four to five times and insisted that we should visit their Lajpat Nagar office by 05:30 PM. They invited us to join some party in their club too. However, when we visited there on 24th April 2010, there was no party being organized . Some of the guys welcomed us and explained about RCI membership of Fort Chanwa Luni Resort.

    There called few other couples as well and were insisting all of us for booking and were commenting badly who were denying it. I was attended by Mr. Sourabh Gupta and Meenakshi.

    Sourabh Gupta convinced us and made us feel that the offer is excellent. I chose the red card plan for Rs. 168000/- which was supposed to provide us the membership for fort Chanwa Luni Resort in Jodhpur. This offer was for a stay of 7 days and 6 nights in any of the listed holiday resorts during any period of the year.

    He asked me to give the debit card and swiped Rs.18000/- from it as the booking cost which included room charges and, pickup and drop facility and 40 % discount in food and a crèche for infant.

    They did not provide any membership card.

    Later, I realized that these people are fraud and I tried contacting them to cancel the membership, but all phone numbers provided by them or on their brochures are invalid.

    Initially they told us that if we don’t like offer then it can be cancelled within 7 days. But now they are not even available on phone. I am very upset and stressed. I don’t know what to do and how to get my money back. Please guide me.

    Please look in to matter and help me in case of need.Please take action against them and request for refund.

    Dear sir/madam,

    This is to inform you that i submit a complaint against club mahindra.I sent email them many times but nobody email me. Once a relation manager e-mail me and write their bikaji kama place branch contact me after 2 days but nobody contact me yet.

    Please help me..Please take action against them and request for refund my money.

    We have gone through you complaint, and suggest you to visit to your nearest police station and register a FIR against them, this is a case of fraud and cover under Consumer Forum. Do it as early as possible.

    They did not provide any membership card.

    Later, I realized that these people are fraud and I tried contacting them to cancel the membership, but all phone numbers provided by them or on their brochures are invalid.

    Initially they told us that if we don’t like offer then it can be cancelled within 7 days. But now they are not even available on phone. I am very upset and stressed. I don’t know what to do and how to get my money back. Please guide me.

    Unhappy False promises from Club Mahindra

    Respected Sir/madam

    In April 2010 We got an phone call from Club Mahindra,they requested us to visit Club Mahindra's office.Me and my husband attended their presentation ,We visited in your branch 35 sector in Chandigarh. Mr Amit(One of representative) forced us to take membership,we told us that we are going to plan House Loan In Dec 2010 so we cannot afford this right now,then he insisted us to have membership ,in that membership they will give us RCI and one holiday package for 3 days and 2 night ,also Vlcc coupon worth rupees 5000,we explained that it will not be possible for us to continue this membership after Dec ,Mr. amit said we can cancel our membership at that time. So we agree on this point.we asked for holiday package ,but they said we can take holiday package in feb 2011 due to peak season ,we said ok. then now we asked from Mr. Amit to cancel,he said we can. Rci card and holiday package will be given to us .we have paid Rs 30,000 for it,And after cancellation of membership ,they canceled our RCI card and holiday package also .When we asked form amit he said he dnt know anything,even he is not responding on phone call,when we are calling him ,some one else is receiving the call,and he is even not agree to tell his name. I go to Vlcc even they did not attend us nicely,We had not avail any service from Club Mahindra, still now they are not agree to refund our money.we are not so much rich so 30,000 is not a small amount for us .

    We thought that after some time we will again take this membership but now we even hate with Club Mahindra,is this is your business, how some one can cheat like this,please let me know if anyone can do some for us. Hope We will get some response from your side,please do not do like this with your customers,some bad wishes can sometime destroy some one.

    If your company cannot fulfill their commitment then why they did promises,For some performance points how your agents they can play with us,this type of issues even can make some one to commit suicide,its really a mantel harassment,do not know why we did trust on Club Mahindra :-(
