Its been 2 weeks that have filed a complaint with Britannia itself of finding a hair inside the buiscuit for which have the proof sample biscuit in which the hair is still inside but no efforts from their end to replace my faith and to satisfy me who's been using their products since yrs.,this is the matter of hygiene,health,quality that they promise to deliver.

Pls. guide and help to resolve the issue.
