I am using the Vodafone Postpaid service from the past four years and never faced such a problem in my tenure with the service provider. On 21th of this month, I was unable to connect to the internet from my phone and for the same reason i called up the customer service department. Executive named RAJENDRA answered my call, at the start he was not even speaking for the first 20 sec, when asked about the same. He replied that the system are down and that was the reason he was not aware that my call is already been answered. Which is not possible because even i work in the same industry. I asked for a supervisor to speak to, he disconnected my call. After sometime i again called up the department and then my call was answered by PAWAN, I directly asked for a Supervisor, he didnt even bother about my issue and kept me hold for sometime and then disconnected my call.
This was a pathetic experience which i faced that night and found myself helpless at that point. I want to bring this to your notice so that other customer dont face the same hassel again the future.
