    I had taken membership by signing the application form on 22/10/2011 by filling the application at the Club Mahindra in rorrkee at centrepoint hotel between 7-8pm in the evening by Ajay and shashi kant (9889978781) , And I was promised for a free gift of 26 " So LCD ny brayiaTV on signing up of the application and 8000 food voucher 15000 for travelling and they had taken 21000 cash also.

    But there is no responce from their side one of that person has switch off his no. the both the person are from the lucknow city....kindly refund our money back.

    Hi. My situation is exactly the same what you experienced. The only difference is.. I lost 95,000/-.
    I just want you to help in knowing whether you got any relief from clubmahindra. If so, help me with the process. I believe you will surely understand amount like 95,000/- is not easy money to loose for a common man.

    I am Adarsh BK aged 45 years old working for a MNC at kolkata. I was residing at Sterling Apartments, Sahakarnagar, Bangalore.
    I took my Mahindra Holidays membership in May 2003 on regular EMI at Bangalore through a credit card
    As I enrolled myself I was allotted a membership number mentioned above and was told that I will be able to enjoy the membership for life time (33 Years)and after my children will also be able to enjoy the benefits.
    I have enjoyed 3 days holidays at Munnar also somewhere in 2007 post payment of 12 installments.
    I was transferred to Kolkata in Aug 2005. Subsequently I have updated my change of address and I have been corresponding with them regularly. I have been asked for maintenance charges every year from Kolkata address and I have made payments also till 2010.
    I had also booked for a holiday at Pondicherry in 2010 as a gift for my cousin in 2010 but he was not able to make it. Post 2010 my correspondences were limited.
    On Jan 5th I sent a mail to Bijay Kumar Bijay.Kumar@mahindraholidays.com and Charmaine Dhawan Charmaine.Dhawan@mahindraholidays.com asking for an enquiry for a booking at Sikkim property in march 2012. I promptly got a reply from "Reservations" Reservations@Clubmahindra.com that my clarifications will be replied .
    There was no reply for the same and I sent a reminder on my birthday 18th Jan 2012 for the same.
    I got a call from Mr Pritam stating my payments were pending from Oct 2005. And Mahindra holidays had blacklisted my membership. I was not able to recollect whether all my payments were made or not but since the dates explained co-incided with my transfer I agreed to make the payment in 6 EMI’s Mr Pritam sent me the details from the mail ID Pritam Lahiri Pritam.Lahiri@mahindraholidays.com on 21st Jan and confirmed that he would send his representative to collect the Cheques, I have regularly paid my EMI till Oct 2005 and all outstanding maintenance charges through my credit card
    I sent a reminder 2 on 3rd Feb 2012 and I got a call from Pritam stating my proposal forwarded by him has been rejected. On asking details on who has rejected the proposal or details of telephone numbers who I can contact for resolution of my grievance, I was only told that it was confidential. Till now I do not have a official communication that my application for holidays has been recommended or why I am not eligible for claiming my holidays.
    I had committed that I will get my children a holiday as her birthday gift at Sikkim this March along with my brother who is coming all the way from Mysore. He has booked his tickets also and for the same.
    I always thought that Mahindra Holidays was a professional company with business ethics. Having had this interaction, I feel either it is a instantaneous decision that somebody has taken in haste and without any business ethics. I would plead justice from the person who has taken this decision and see that my membership is revoked.

    Hi, Looks Like I am not the only one who is being tortured by Club Mahindra People. My case is also same as you guys and there seems to be no difference in the treatment given to the people who go membership termination. What a Consistency!!

    Anyways, I also applied for Membership termination on 12 Dec 2011, just 2 days after this membership was sold to me. I was told by Customer Care to send the termination request via email at feedback@Clubmahindra.com. I did it and received an auto reply stating "Please note the interaction ID for this query is 3425401. We assure you of a response through one of our executives within 01 working day (we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays) of receipt of your mail."

    Since 10th Dec 2011, it's been now more than 2 months and I have not received any Refund Amount (Rs.27500) but keep on hearing the false commitments every time I call Club Mahindra Delhi office.

    Now I need to know if this will be settled out of the Court Or I have go to Consumer Court. Please advice!

    Hi Everyone,
    I had not a good experience to get my money back from Club Mahindra. My membership no is : 2195944 and i am from chandigarh. I have enrolled for membership in Feb,2011 after i got call from club mahindra that i have won a gift holiday voucher. So i visited their office in sector 35, chandigarh. After discussing with me about the free gift voucher they started convincing me to sell the membership. Somehow i got convinced after they promised me many offers and free RCI and free other things. I told them that i need 2-3 days to think about that, but they said the offers are valid for today only. So i joined and paid Rs. 16031 with my Debit Card and was told to pay the remaining amount in EMI after 3-4 months. I gave them post dated cheques. So after 2-3 months EMI's startd.
    Unfortunately after few months i have got some urgent situations at my home. The situations were unavoidable and i was financially screwed with few problems. I have to apply for a loan to the bank. Tee bank rejected my loan application just because i am already paying EMI's to the Club mahindra. I was again very depressed. So i requested club mahindra to cancel my membership and give my cancellation confirmation. In starting they were reluctant. They gave me many calls to convince me and even 2-3 employees met me personnally. But i was not able to continue.
    Due to financial breakdown, i have requested them to return my money, as i have never opted for any service by clubmahindar. Even i have not opted for free gifts. They rejected my request to refund. i again visited their office and they again rejected my refund request. i have requested a lot. i tried to make them understand teat i am in deep problem financially and its my money. But still the same response.

    They have cancelled my membership after my repeated requests but have not refunded my money till date. So i request some one senior form club mahindra to help me out from this situation.

    I got a call from club maindra 2 days back,they told me to attend 1 hour session at himalaya mall ahmedabad and assured to give me free coupon for 3days 2 night.I went yesterday to attend the session according to their time.They gave me a free coupon.After came back when I entered thar free coupon number online,written on back side of that coupon,It shows that the coupon number is invalid.I called them back regarding this complaint.Now today when I talked to some one named mr. Anand,he has told me that I willl have to go once again at that place for around another 45 minutes,which they told as procedure time, and they will replace that free coupon with another printed coupon.So now why should I go there for another 45 minutes???Shouldn't they give me printed or whatever free coupon at the same time???It is just a waste of time.I am doctor by proffession and I am not having such free 45 minutes time whenever they ask for.

    Post Mis-guidance against membership

    Hi,

    I have taken membership of club Mahindra dated 31st dec 2012 with the hope of good experience and relationship with Mahindra Group but that was actually my mistake and now i want to withdraw my membership and need my money back. i have paid more than 50k now. i would like to highlight the reason behind my decision against club mahindra group

    on the day 1st they have given very good hospitality and also given the best service assurance but i have got nothing in return. they have given lots of extra benefits i.e. 7 days international trip, 26'inch LCD TV, domestic holiday voucher and some discount coupons. i have tried to use my domestic holiday coupon and got response that this voucher is not valid and then i have to tried to avail discount diamond vouchers Rs 5000/- and on website there is nothing available below 20-25k and that was actually useless coupon and same is available in same rate in the open market and after some days i got call from their sales team for lead and i have explained my problem to him but not got any response and again i tried to contact with their sales guy ( Mr. Vineet - Chandigarh Branch) but not got connected with him. most of time same response he is busy in meeting and all. Also came to know that every month there is 10000/- Rs maintenance charges against travel. so it means there is nothing to save and also with this kind of response in the beginning i don't think i can continue with Mahindra group
