We had ordered for certain items looking at Indiatimes shopping advertisement in newspaper. On receipt of the order we did not liked the product and as per the terms of purchase we had returned the product for which they had issued a refund order also. Though we have received our refund order number and communication from them that a DD has been dispatched we are yet to receive the same. Its almost 6 months that we are following up with them. As suggested by them we have also sent them an indemnity bond of Rs. 300 of non receipt of DD. For last 2 months i am following up with them but non getting a proper response from their call centre neither on mails.

I am planning to file a complain in the consumer forum. Can you pl help & guide in this regard.
