I owned Reliance big DTH since 2008 having Smart card no. 200606922929 on the name of Mr. Yogesh Gupta.
As i shifted to my new home i made a request on re-locating the DTH on 15 oct. 2010.
They charged Rs.350 for re-locating. They install the dish on the same day but they havnt checked the signals properly.
When i switched on my dth i found that some channels shows the mes. 'SIGNAL LOST'.
i called customer care for troubleshooting but the said that i have to pay another Rs. 175 for engineer visit. I loged a complaint against the person who relocate the dish at my house vide complaint no.139223898 regarding improper installation.
Customer care executive says that my complaint will be resolved with in 48 hrs.
I again called customer care on 21 oct at 7.30 p.m. to know the status of my complaint.
They said that action was taken against the concerned person but i have to pay Rs. 175 for my problem to be solved.
I again said that my dish was not properly installed and i was already charged by Rs. 350 for that then why would i pay bt they dont want to listen or understnd my problem.
In the end i just wanna say that aftersales service of Reliance Big and its customer care is so poor that i never suggest anyone to buy that company product.
