I have taken Smie Car & Bike Helpline services in the month of Dec. 08. My membership no. is 011-70560 for my car and 011-70657 for my bike. I was told that if you pay 1600/- for both the services, you will be given free petrol from Indian Oil petrol pump of Rs.1000/- by their executive Rahul (9718506022). when I asked for the free petrol at IOC petrol pumps, they said that there is no such service. Then I contacted the helpline no., their executive told me that we have also got such complaints, we are not affering any such service, so your Rs.1000/- would be reimbursed. But, now their helpline no. 41323232 is not in use and its out of service.
what should I do?
