Dear Sir,
Last week I purchased concealed system from your authorized dealer in Kolkata viz. T P ENTERPRISES,CJ-308, SALTLAKE CITY. The party wrongly supplied me concealed system of Commander and not of Parryware system. Further details are as follows:
I purchases above material on 4th Oct 2010 and amount was paid. Party agreed to door deliver the next day i.e. 5th Oct'10 by 10 AM. Party deliver the material on time and deliver the material very late after 11:30 AM, till that time I have left for the office. This material was taken by my mother and my plumber installed the same knowing that the material supplied was what I have purchased last evening. But they were not aware that the party wrongly supplied wrong material. Once I have seen the cover after returning from office I noticed that the material is not of parry ware but of commender concealed system. Since then I have been following up with the supplier to compensate me by changing my conceal system to Parry ware. But he is accepting that wrong has been done by him but doesn't agree to replace the same neither he is agreeing to compensate me. Now I beg your intervention so that things can be resolve. I even have record of the conversion I had with him on which he has clearly accepted that wrong has been done at his end.

Also the party has charged my Rs. 6588 as against MRP of Rs. 5850 mentioned in the product of the Commander Concealed system as per the cover of the system.


Hope you will help me out in this mess. In case nothing is done I will be left with no option but to move to consumer court.
