Sir/Madam, I have purchased water purifier 'TOTAL INFINITY' and it is still under warranty. Since it was not working, I have lodged complaint (No. 83487361) on 3.9.2010 in their office at customer care No. 39883333. The executives came but refuse to rectify the machine and advised it will be done, only when you take AMC. I told them the machine is under warranty till 30.9.2010 and I will take AMC only after 30.9.2010. They refused to rectificy the complaint and went back. After that, I complained at the same number on the following dates:

14.9.2010 (talked to Pravin)
18.9.2010 (talked to Pravin)
20.9.2010 (talked to Gorav)
23.9.2010 (talked to Ranjan)
25.9.2010 ( talked to Pravin)

Everytime I got the reply that it will be done today. But till date, it is not done. I think Company should spend some time & money on itself and not on advertisement. Is this the service you are offering?
